Analog Dialog, a publication of Analog Devices, has published Bob Paddock's Letter To The Editor about our Location Challenge.

Summary of Letter.

Complete Letter with ideas on using Gravity Waves, and locating escaped convicts, drug smugglers, etc.

Analog Dialog has been published since 1967. It is not well known outside of Electronic Analog Design circles. Tough to get something mentioned there.
